We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Field Care Supervisor **to join our amazing team here at **Walfinch Oxfordshire Home Care** in the **Oxford** OX 2,3,4 and 5 areas and also in the Wantage OX12 area.

**Pay rate**:

- Between £23,000 and £24,000 per year **PLUS **mileage pay of 35p per mile **PLUS DOUBLE PAY** on bank holidays.

**Working times**:This role is working 37.5 hours per week, including alternative weekends (we all work alternative weekends to make it fair for all staff).

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supervising the care team and working closely with the Registered Manager
- Conducting spot checks
- Helping out with ad hoc office duties when required.
- Cleaning and laundry (domestic jobs)
- Shopping.
- Home care doesn't mean staying at home, it can be about getting out and about and thriving in the outdoors, or it can mean encouraging people to pick up their hobbies again.
- We run art classes, yoga classes, and loads of other activities to help people thrive rather than just survive. This makes carers' jobs a lot more fun, interesting, and entertaining.
- Making sure that the people you care for live happy, fun and independent lives.

**Essential criteria**:

- Previous Senior Care Assistant or Field Care Supervisor experience
- Level 3 NVQ or above in Health and Social Care
- You’re a positive person who sees optimism in every situation.
- You’re a team player and can also use your initiative when you have to.
- You show a professional manner at all times.
- Friendly attitude towards all staff and clients.
- Your own car is needed for this role.
- Female staff only due to the needs of our Client’s
- We do not offer sponsorship.
- Able to take on call with the other senior staff team.
- Able to work alternative weekends (this makes it fair for all staff).
