**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations within the care home, ensuring adherence to established care plans.
- Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families to address concerns and provide updates on resident care.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and ensure appropriate adjustments to care plans are made as necessary.
- Drive initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency within the facility.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring that all staff are trained in best practices.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members to uphold the standards of care expected by our organisation.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the senior care sector is essential.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams.
- Familiarity with IT systems used in care management is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual resident needs is preferred.
- A valid driving licence is required for this position, as travel between locations may be necessary.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.82 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 - 42 per week
