**What we offer**
The Industry Cloud Adoption Lead for Consumer Industries engages with SAP’s customers to help drive and accelerate value realization and ensure business outcomes through consumption of new SAP Industry Cloud solutions. The Industry Cloud Adoption Lead is responsible for the management, orchestration of resources, and execution of activities for a designated set of customer accounts, including post sales account management strategy, outcome success plan definition and execution (adoption and consumption), account relationship management, issue mitigation, point of escalation for assigned customers, opportunistic expansion of solutions or services through lead generation activities. The Adoption Lead drives mutual (customer and SAP) success across the Land, Adopt, Consume and Expand (LACE) cycle.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Help drive customer success to improve adoption, use, and subscription renewals with new SAP Industry Cloud solutions, particularly in the Consumer Products and Retail Industries, by collaborating with SAP Services and Partners to help accelerate first time to value
- Act as the primary post-sales customer point of contact to establish relationship governance, address improvement opportunities, and act as the voice of the customer back to SAP stakeholder teams
- Collaborate with customers to provide implementation guidance and consumption plans, monitor and drive Industry Cloud solution adoption / consumption, document business
impact among early adoption customers, and identify and mitigate risks to current and future reoccurring revenue
- Manage customer cloud and premium subscription (if applicable) renewals and other commercial events and works with the Customer Renewal Center (CRC) to Manage customer cloud renewals while maintaining close alignment with sales to discover and communicate upsell / cross-sell opportunities
- Facilitate the transition of SAP Industry Cloud solutions from Early Adoption to Scale by developing and executing enablement programs in collaboration with Industry Cloud Business Development, Industry Value Advisory, Pre-sales, Services, and other teams.
YOUR PROFILE
- +7 years of experience in Account Management and / or Services-related activities with expert level domain expertise in both Cloud-based software solution models and the Consumer Products and Retail industries.
- Demonstrated strong customer success focus with an ability to earn trusted advisor status while driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells; sales savvy and able to identify new opportunities for customer to leverage new or expanded SAP solutions
