This strategic and hands-on role requires a proactive approach to enhance our digital marketing and comms capabilities.ResponsibilitiesGather requirements from business stakeholdersCollaborate with technology leads and architects to assess the feasibility of initiatives.Design solutions based on gathered requirements and your own expertise in Marketing Cloud, in collaboration with other technical expertsWrite user stories with detailed requirements, ensuring they are ready for developmentImplement Marketing Cloud solutions, including data modeling, configuration, journey building, and performing analysis and segmentation, while excluding day-to-day operational tasks.Regularly update stakeholders on the Marketing Cloud vision and roadmap.Act as the Marketing Cloud subject matter expert, assisting partners in identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing complaints and issues, and providing effective solutions.Guide more junior team members in Marketing CloudTo be successful you need to have:5+ years Marketing Cloud implementation experience, with experience in integration and data managementExperience working with agile development teams and workflows in JIRA, Confluence or similar systems.Exposure to MarTech solutions beyond Marketing Cloud is a great plusUnderstanding of core Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)Bachelor's Degree.Equal Employment OpportunityPaysafe is an equal opportunity employer.
