**Trainee Receptionist and Accounts Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate staff members, and take accurate messages.
- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for guests.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, managing calendars and ensuring timely reminders.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company's products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school maths and English qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Professional and polished appearance.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
