As a trusted leader in the Technology & Data organization, this role will be uniquely positioned to work collaboratively with strategic external partners, regional and global leaders and executives across the business and technology to passionately understand our technology needs, define, shape, and standardize our regional corporate technologies footprint and digital roadmap in focused areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, Payroll, Time & Attendance.

As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and a digital expert in corporate technologies and ERP, this role will empower our Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal partners in the regions through the delivery of global products and platforms that create consistent exceptional and experiences for employees within the company and for external talent across our regional footprint in North America, LATAM, EMEA, and ASPAC.

This global role will work at the intersection of business vision & strategy, human-centered design, and technical execution to standardize, deploy, manage, and modernize, a portfolio of products & platforms that fuel the core of the business and are aligned to requirements within the regions. This role will help power the next frontier of corporate technologies within our regional and local markets across areas including Payroll, Time & Attendance, Legal, HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development.

This role will support global program leads to activate large-scale, high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives within the North America, LATAM, ASPAC, and EMEA regions and drive outcomes that matter in our local markets. Working closely with regional business partners and IT leadership, this role will also be responsible for managing the activation and support of corporate technologies in the EMEA region including local payroll, time and attendance, finance, and legal products.

This leader will have the unique opportunity to grow and scale a diverse, credible and agile team with the talent and technical expertise to identify, launch, and iterate the next-generation of products in our portfolio.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Drive digital innovation agenda in Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, Procurement in our regional and local markets by anticipating & responding to rapidly changing needs, translating external and internal insights into solutions that create value for the business
- Lead the execution of large-scale highly visible global transformation initiatives such as modernization efforts of legacy systems, consolidations of products and platforms, deployment and activation of leading-edge digital capabilities within the regions
- Partner closely with both global business & technology leaders and teams and leaders within the regions to solve complex technical challenges and ensure critical Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Procurement systems are stable, available, modern, secure, resilient, & scalable
