We are currently looking for an **Packing Plant Supervisor** to join our friendly team based at Tunstead Plant in Buxton.

**Role Responsibility**:
Reporting to the Packing Plant Manager and working very closely with the shift supervisors and Maintenance Engineer to deliver a one team approach for the packing plant operation.

You will be accountable for all production & planning outputs with a key intervention relating to raw material and packaging control, maintaining stock availability and logistics of materials in, and finished product out of the site. As well as managing a 24/7 operation, the Packing Plant Supervisor will be a key communicator for the site dealing with requests and issues from the central function teams
- A Supervisory qualification would be desirable or demonstrated experience
- Experience in a manufacturing and warehousing process would be advantageous
- Proven supervisory/management skills
- IT Literate
- Stakeholder management skills
