We are currently seekingMulti Skilled Operativeto work in ourPacking Plant in Buxtonwho can demonstrate drive, enthusiasm, a willingness to learn with excellent communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Multi Skilled Operatives to join our packed products business based at Tunstead Cement Plant in Buxton, Derbyshire. The successful candidate will work as part of a shift team operating in a fast-paced automated environment, your duties will be split up between the warehouse and production areas. You will be heavily involved within the heart of operations which consist of loading vehicles, four high-tech fast paced automated packing lines, carrying out risk assessments, fault finding, reporting, carrying out first level maintenance and inspections, and assisting the maintenance team with repairs. As anMulti Skilled Operativeyou will work as part of a team to meet the safety, production, and financial targets for the site. All activities are to be undertaken in accordance with Tarmacs Safety Management Systems, as well as site systems, policies, and procedures. Operating of all production equipment Carrying out daily production inspections and reporting. Work with management, in the development and implementation of SHE policies and procedures with the aim of maintaining safety standards and eliminate safety and environmental incidents. Work with other team members to support continuous improvements.
