We are currently looking for a **Multi Skilled Operative** to join our friendly team based at Dove Holes in Buxton.

**Role Responsibility**:
**In the role of **Multi Skilled Operative** you will be responsible**:

- Continually help to improve the safety, quality and productivity standards on site, taking a proactive, solutions-based approach to problem solving, engineering and ongoing machine performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation
- Produce quality packed aggregates to a production gold standard, in accordance with customer specifications across multiple product variations.
- Be fully accountable for machine production outputs aligned to the sites S&OP production targets on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for carrying out machine specific OLM interventions inline with the agreed schedules; including the recording and reporting of information. Ensure all documentation relating to safety, performance etc is adhered to.
- Supporting the mobile fitting teams in fault diagnosis, repairs and planned maintenance activities.
- Ensure housekeeping and visual standards are maintained across all production areas in line with health and safety, CI objectives and 5S requirements - being proud of your equipment and working environment.
- Help deliver skills, knowledge and behaviours to peers, acting as a lead trainer and mentor for future succession planning.
- IOSH advantageous.
- Experience in a fast-paced production industry.
- Proven Operational/Engineering Experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
