Customer Service Administrator
Basingstoke - Hybrid
12 month contract
up to £17.28 per hour
The Role
The primary function of this role is to deliver exceptional administrative support to the busy Local Customer Meetings and Congress Team (LMC) primarily supporting meeting owners in UK, Ireland and the Nordic countries. This role would suit a Customer Focused Individual.
**The role**:
- Be the point of contact for meeting owners and provide administrative support for customer meetings in the hub (UK, ROI and Nordics).
- Be responsible for representing and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Develop expertise and knowledge of meetings processes and the Mercury meeting system that includes meeting validation, activation, contracting and transparency requirements.
- Partner with the Cork contracting team to manage the contracting of Service Providers and payment process.
- Establish and maintain internal partnerships with Ethics and Compliance, Finance and Procurement where applicable.
- Be responsive to audit, quality and compliance requests.
- Support the business by sharing relevant information, giving guidance and coaching and answering questions.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills with ability to build good rapport with customers virtually.
- High energy, drive and enthusiasm to deliver excellent results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong Team Player.
- Knowledge of working within corporate guidelines or within a regulated industry would also be advantageous.
