As our Office Admin, you will play a vital role in providing valuable support to our management team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Administration Support: Assist the management team with various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations across the business.
- Accurate Data Entry: Enter information into our system databases with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining data integrity.
- Holiday Scheduling and Management: Coordinate and manage employee holiday schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth workflow.
- Basic HR Duties: Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and facilitating internal communications.
- Supplier Liaison: Communicate and collaborate with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Travel and Accommodation: Organise travel arrangements and accommodation for team members, making their journeys seamless.
- Reports and Analysis: Identify relevant data, analyze information, and generate reports to assist in decision-making and process improvement.
- Goods Management: Manage inbound and outbound goods to customers and suppliers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Bookkeeping Assistance: Provide support in bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
- Procurement Assistance: Assist with procurement activities, such as sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and maintaining purchase records.
- Customer Contracts and Data: Contribute to the documentation of customer contracts and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Policy and Procedure Creation: Collaborate with the team in developing and documenting company policies and procedures for efficient operations.
- Office Supplies Inventory: Manage the inventory of office supplies and goods, ensuring availability and optimizing procurement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role, showcasing your competence and adaptability.

- Proficient English: Strong spoken and written English skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

**Location and Travel**:
This position will be based at our Basingstoke office, located in RG24. You will enjoy the convenience of free onsite parking, making your daily commute hassle-free.

**Job Type and Schedule**:
This is a full-time, permanent position, with work scheduled from Monday to Friday - 30 hours per week.
