**About The Role**:
**Community Integrated Care is recruiting for Support Workers in Peterhead**

**We offer **industry-leading rates of pay - starting at **£11** per hour**, as well as both full time and part time roles, with day and night shift patterns available.**

**We have a new service of support to recruit for in Peterhead and looking to add to our new team within our current structure in the area.**

Community Integrated Care is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate, Support Workers for a service based in Peterhead.

As a Support Worker, you will have a passion to enhance the life of the young lady you will be supporting.

For this vacancy we are looking for individuals who are positive and motivated, You will need to provide care & support to a young lady with learning disabilities who exhibits a variety of challenging behaviours, this may pose a range of physical and emotional challenges.

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with the dedicated Service Leader and our staff team to provide support 2.1 support for a young lady who lives in her own home.

You will directly support with her daily life, personal care, helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle. You will know how to connect with people and be motivated by helping people to live with independence and happiness. You will also have some key technical skills, including being able to use basic IT systems.

The lady is very active within the community and enjoys a variety of interests that include swimming, bowling, drives in the car, walks, trampolining, meals out and meeting up with family and friends.

It is also important that you share our charity’s values which are at the heart of everything we do and ensure that we deliver high quality, consistent care, and support.

Your experience means that you are comfortable in working with people who might have more complex support needs and you will be ready to take this on. Full training will be given and ongoing professional input will be provided to ensure the young lady supported lives the best life possible.

We currently can offer Full Time Day shift or Part Time Night shift Permanent roles. Also Bank/Casual work available.

**About You**:
Prior experience of working in care isn’t always necessary. If you have other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will give you all the support that you need.

You will use the best of your personality and skills every day. From supporting people to enjoy their favourite activities to enabling people to live independently, you will make a real difference.
