The role requires supporting the General and Assistant Managers in the training and co-coordinating of staff. A supervisor is familiar with all aspects of running a business.

The Supervisor should be able to: open and close the Restaurant and Pub; co-ordinate with front-of-house staff and kitchen staff; purchase food and beverage stocks; operate the till (and oversee correct till procedures being followed with mínimal voids); handle cash; track inventory; create reports; train and manage staff; work with suppliers; take reservations; organise seating; deliver outstanding customer service; take responsibility for day to day shift running of the pub and restaurant including deliveries, floats, timesheets and work rota’s.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- Hospitality: 5 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
