About The Role Food and Beverage Supervisor – responsible for leading private dining and event spaces, catering for intimate gatherings of 6 guests up to 100. Oversee setup, service delivery, ensuring flawless events and guest satisfaction. Key role in 3 AA Rosette restaurant, maintaining high standards. Compensation: £12.80 per hour plus tronc. 32 hours per week. Full‑time position. Responsibilities Lead and supervise staff during private dining and events. Ensure flawless setup and service for all events. Maintain high standards of 3 AA Rosette restaurant. Support team, communicate effectively, lead by example. Adapt to flexible shift patterns and varying hours. Qualifications Passionate about food & beverage with strong hospitality focus. Organised, excellent communicator, hands‑on supervisor.
