Mitie created its newest division within Mitie Technical Services, Mitie Telecoms, in August 2021 when it acquired DAEL Ventures UK and joined it with their existing Cornerstone Facilities Management group. This has enabled the creation of a complete cell site service provider. **Role Overview**

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for and work as part of a 2 or 3 man team to provide installations, moves, additions, changes, maintenance and upgrades to wireless telecommunications networks.

**Role Responsibilities**
- All aspects of Telecommunications Rigging
- Install, maintain and upgrade the latest 5G/LTE wireless telecommunications equipment
- Installation and maintenance of antenna and feeder cables on monopoles, roof tops and towers.
- Reinforcement of steelworks on structures
- Ensuring that the highest standards of work and safety practices are met.

- Rigging experience
- Working at Height Medical
- MATS Climber & Tower Rescue certification
- Manual Handling Awareness
- First Aid at Height certification
- Asbestos Awareness
- RF Awareness
- Rooftop Safety & Access
- Rigging & Lifting (For MBNL Sites)
- Abrasive Wheels Certification
- Full drivers Licence with low or no points
- Willingness to travel and work away from home
- Ability to hold National NPPV 3 Security clearance

**Compliance Requirements**
- Read, understand and comply with all internal policies for 9001, 14001, 18001, 27001 including compliance orders.
- Co-operating with the company to achieve safe, healthy and environmentally sound operations on and off site.
- Co-operate with instructions from the auditing department or management; and reporting any lack of business process-training requirements
- Ensure that customer requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, met and maintained.
- Maintain focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Functional and hierarchical escalation of work related incidents as required.
- Responsible for raising awareness of non-compliance
- Complete any mandatory training.

Please note this is a UK wide role with our Head Office based in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.
