**A prestigiousestate agents** in the Northwood are looking to employ an experienced **Assistant Manager**/ **Senior Sales Negotiator**to support the manager of this prestigious office. You will need to be a strong valuer/ Lister for this position and good all round estate agent, with some experience of working atthe top-end of the market. You will have a proven track record in the industry and may already have progressed to Sales Manager level within another company, but would now like to join one of the most respected agents in the industry to continue your successfulcareer with.

- Excellent written and communication skills
- Will be a strong number two, who is highly skilled at Valuing/Listing

- Has experience with dealing with the upper end of the market

**Duties of an Assistant Manager/ Senior Sales Negotiator include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Dealing with enquiries
- Booking appointments
- Carrying out valuations
- Booking market appraisals
- Generating business
- Updating and maintaining websites
- General office administration.
- Running the office in the managers absence
- Negotiation
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence with the use of a car.**
