**Main Duties**:

- To plan and provide a caring and stimulating environment that is appropriate for individual children.
- To plan and prepare exciting play opportunities that meet the children’s developmental needs.
- To establish and maintain positive relationships with the children and their families.
- To observe and assess children’s development.
- Ensure the learning environment is clean and tidy.
- Supporting with nappy changing and toilet training.
- To work within the agreed framework of policies and procedures within the nursery.
- Ensure that all child protection policies and procedures are maintained.
- To be familiar with and comply to the nursery’s health and safety requirements.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience working with children as Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant, Nursery Nurse or similar.
- Ability to build trust and positive working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Ability to use a variety of techniques to communicate with both children and adults clearly and successfully
- Strong Knowledge and understanding of Child Protection, Safeguarding, and the legislative requirements for working with children. (Training Available)
- Good/Fluent in English

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
