**SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB**
In this role, you will take the initiative to develop tailored, high-quality tender proposals that meet the needs and objectives of clients. Collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams is crucial to produce and submit bids, tenders, and proposals through various procurement systems and Microsoft documents, maintaining a high standard of quality.
You must effectively communicate the range of products offered by NES Services Group and aim for successful outcomes. Additionally, you will ensure that all sales and marketing materials are up-to-date and correctly positioned.
**Shift pattern**
Monday to Friday
**Salary**
£30,000 - £35,000 a year, plus commission
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Crafting high quality submissions with a laser focus on achieving a high win rate. This includes preparing, researching, producing and submitting all Bids & Tender documentation promptly through procurement portal delivery channels.
- Ability to make an informed decision on the tenders that the company are or are not involved in and justify this to key stakeholders.
- Communicating requirements, deadlines & expectations to key stakeholders across the business.
- Liaising with and supporting the relevant sales, product and marketing team members to ensure all required information is in place prior to deadlines.
- Utilise procurement websites, portals, the tender inbox and notification services to identify new opportunities to tender for.
- Manage pipelines & report on activity through excel spreadsheets or similar, making information available for all tender stakeholders.
- Have an extensive knowledge of our product and service offerings.
- Ensure that sales support content is up-to-date, tidy and ready for the sales team to utilise.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive information database, including case studies, customer references, and essential information.

- Meticulous attention to detail - excellent editing and proofing quality and be able to follow tender guidelines

- High level organisational skills
- Deadline driven with good time management skills
- Willingness to learn and understand our product ranges so you can then to be able to identify the most suitable opportunities to tender for.
- Ability to research and analyse relevant market developments
- Self-Starter
- Previous use of procurement portals
**Desirable - Skills and Experience**
- Previous bids & tender experience
- Previous use of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- A passion for the fitness industry and a good knowledge of general gym equipment, with eagerness to learn our full product and service offering.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
