At Watchmaster we are transforming the secondary market for pre-owned watches. We are looking to make fine watches into a tradable and more affordable asset by enabling consumers to sell and buy watches through our marketplace. We actively contribute to increasing the value of pre-owned watches through our in-house certification and refurbishment process, thereby making them comparable and competitive to a brand new watch with a highly attractive price. Our team has grown to 70 passionate employees responsible for actively growing our business across Europe. Now we are opening our new office and workshop in London to serve our British customers.

As Logistics Associate in our Logistics team, you will be handling incoming and outgoing product deliveries. On a daily basis, your time will be shared between inbound and outbound activities depending on workload. In order to meet the performance requirements, you will have to acquire an extensive knowledge of the luxury watch industry. This will be achieved both through dedicated training sessions and day-to-day learning opportunities as you work.

**Your Tasks**:

- [INBOUND] Accept and inspect delivered items for damage and faults
- [INBOUND] Thoroughly document the attributes of the watches and their initial cosmetic condition in our ERP
- [INBOUND] Cooperate closely with the Pricing team to troubleshoot and correct product listing issues
- [INBOUND] Manage item storage by updating the inventory management systems, labelling stock and maintaining the storage spaces
- [OUTBOUND] Read and process product orders by picking and preparing items accordingly
- [OUTBOUND] Document the final watch cosmetic condition in our ERP and ensure that the item matches with Watchmaster’s standards of quality
- [OUTBOUND] Ensure goods are packaged and labeled securely for safe transit
- [OUTBOUND] Perform periodic inventory accuracy counts, verifications, and reconciliations
- [OUTBOUND] Report on inventory levels of packing materials
- You help to create cross-departmental collaboration strategies to improve our operational workflow together with the sales, customer support and our watch service center
