Do you enjoy office adminstration or would like to start a new career in administration?

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking to hire at least one or potentially two Office Administrator's to work out of Newcastle to support a newly won contract.

The main purpose of the role of the Office Administrator is to support the administration functions of the business.

**Main tasks of job**:

- Contact learners to monitor progression outcomes
- Organise company files
- Maintain trackers and support with implementing new processes
- Support with the completion of paperwork to ensure deadlines are met
- Printing and scanning documents
- Answer and make telephone calls when required and refer to the appropriate department
- Ensure that quality and compliance is maintained at all times
- Support other areas of the business when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
