Deep Blue Financial Ltd are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team in Fareham, to look after their client Annual Review process. This role has become available due to internal progression.
Deep Blue Financial is a professional, family friendly organisation, providing financial advice across the south of England and beyond, with a small team of experienced advisers and dedicated administrative staff. We provide independent financial advice across three main areas of financial planning. Pensions, Investments and Protection. The advice that we provide is unbiased and based upon the specific needs of each client. The range of services and products available cover the whole market, ensuring that the objectives of the client are met.
This specific role includes using our back-office system to run monthly reports, gathering and organising information, keeping up to date records on spreadsheets and back-office system, following a process from start to finish and taking ownership of this, scheduling follow-ups and keeping on top of these, carrying out valuations, report writing and more. This role will involve working closely with and supporting our advisers and liaising with their clients. We pride ourselves on working as a team and everyone pitches in where required, so you will be expected to answer incoming and make outgoing calls as well as other generic office duties.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
