**Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM CE Senior CRM Manager - Hybrid/ London - Up to £85,000**
Pearson Carter are working with an established End user based in London, they are keen to take on an enthusiastic and driven MS Dynamics CRM manager on a Hybrid basis to oversee the delivery and development of the company’s CRM system.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build, train and manage a team of internal and external CRM experts and inexperienced users.
- Manage special integration projects with your team of specialists.
- Collect system requirements from users and translate these within the CRM system.
- Stay informed with the most recent changes and developments within D365.
- Create and build reports and provide management information and feedback based on your findings.
**Experience**:
- 5 Years’ experience leading and implementing solutions across CRM.
- Microsoft certifications - MB2-715 and MBD2-716 Or equivalent.
- Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Strong analytical and technical skills (required).
- Excellent communication and people skills (required).
S**alary**
They offer an excellent salary package up to £85,000 plus excellent company benefits
**Location**
The role is based in London however you would work on a Hybrid basis. 2 days in the office in central London, 3 days from home.
