**About the Team**

You’ll be working as part of the Distribution Centre (DC) Team. The DC Team is comprised of 10 people, split into 2 sections, Fulfilment & Warehousing. Each section is led by a Co-ordinator, as a packer you’ll primarily report to your section Co-ordinator, but also to the DC Manager.

This close connection with our mills and suppliers is a fundamental area of the business, and ensures the transparency and traceability of each of our tweed pieces.

**Key responsibilities**
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory and maintain accurate records
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with packing equipment
- Stock shelves and organise inventory in the warehouse
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as required

**Experience and Qualifications**
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse setting
- Experience working with clothing, either in a warehouse or in retail - folding etc.
- **Familiarity with ShipStation or Magento 2 or RMIS is highly desirable.**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail

**UK driving licence held for 3+ years is desirable.**
