Job Overview:
**This position is Temporary 6 months (Part time or Full time)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements and quality standards.
- Replenishment. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare replenishment for retail shops.
- Receiving and Put-Away: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for damage, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and properly store items in designated areas.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts, identifying, and reporting discrepancies, and assisting in periodic physical inventory counts.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards, reporting any issues or defects to the appropriate personnel.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials, and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively is **vital**.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail **vital**
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is **advantageous**
- Experience with a small company is **advantageous**
- Experience packing clothing or working in retail is **advantageous**
- Experience folding clothes/gift wrapping is **advantageous**
- Familiarity with quality control procedures **advantageous**

Pay starts at 11.50 p/h and moves to £12.00 p/h after passing 3 month probation. Join our team as a Packer and contribute to the efficient operations of our warehouse while gaining valuable experience in materials handling, quality control, and warehouse management.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 7 months
