We are looking for an energetic and experienced Deputy Play Leader to join our After School Club at Penperlleni, Monmouthshire.

You will be required to contribute to the provision of a safe and stimulating play environment in which children are able to play freely and with no discrimination between them. To assist the Senior Play Leader and contribute to the planning, preparation and delivery of activities, which meet children’s individual developmental needs.

The working hours are 7:15 am to 9:15 am and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm during term time. The club also operates all day clubs for INSET days and runs a Holiday Club for some half-term holidays and the first four weeks of the summer holidays and you will be required work part or the whole of these days as required.

An NVQ Level 3 in Playwork is essential for this role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.05 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
