**JOB TITLE**:Finance Support Consultant

**LOCATION**: Glastonbury, Somerset (Hybrid working)

**HOURS**: International hours on a rotational shift to include nights and weekends (pay enhancements with night shifts worked from home)

**SALARY**: Up to £28K (basic) PA (plus bonuses and pay enhancements)

**THE ROLE**: An enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Support Consultant required to join a successful Support team in delivering excellence to customers.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- As part of a busy support team, you will engage in both inbound and outbound communication with customers, providing them with support and assistance on products.
- Through developing a deep understanding of products, you will help diagnose, investigate, and resolve customer issues.
- Through regular communication, you will develop a trusting relationship with customers, allowing you to not only resolve issues but provide advice on how they can get the best out of products through functionality and best practice.
- By collaborating with the team and other departments to promote the sharing of knowledge and information, you can make sure the customer gets the best possible experience.
- Working alongside the Customer Account Managers, you will use your direct communications with businesses to keep customer and personal records up to date.
- By meeting individual and team targets, you can contribute to the department's and ultimately the company's, continued success.

**THE CANDIDATE**:

- Prior experience in a call centre or similar customer support position.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge and understanding of web browsers and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An ability and willingness to absorb mew aspects of technology.
