**THE TEAM**

**ROLE PURPOSE**

Our Senior Product Designer will be confident and ambitious to bring new visions to life, adept at working at pace, able to prioritise effectively and clearly communicate with multiple stakeholders.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proposing and drafting visual concepts.
- Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
- Translating concepts into wireframes, prototypes and user flows using Figma.
- Redesigning key pages and templates on our site to increase their efficiency and usability.
- Creating new components, working with a design system to set design standards and ensure best practices are adhered to.
- Ensuring consistency and best practice UX on our website.
- Developing designs using HTML/CSS, working alongside our development team.
- Conducting research and insight projects to understand our user and stakeholder needs.
- Creating user personas and user journeys.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to ensure the end-product design provides users with the optimum experience in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and engagement.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of product design experience.
- Expertise in standard software such as Figma is a must, alongside strong HTML and CSS skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet business and user needs.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Thorough understanding of accessibility best practice and WCAG guidelines.

- Understanding of front-end development principles and execution
- Expert in industry-standard design visualisation and prototyping software (Figma)
