OpenAsset has partnered with Marlin Equity Partners, an $8bn private equity fund, to help the business scale its sales, technical and management capacity to meet accelerating demand for its B2B SaaS product. **Senior Product Designer Description** We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of OpenAsset. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to design intuitive, high-quality experiences that enhance how AEC firms manage their digital assets and win new business. You will be a key contributor to our product vision, ensuring that OpenAsset remains the go-to solution for the industry. **Senior Product Designer Responsibilities** - Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience and impeccable visual design. - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing via rapid prototyping and testing and learning to inform design decisions and validate solutions. - Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand and user needs. - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and implement user-centered design solutions. - Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across our platform. - Use data and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product experiences. - Advocate for best-in-class UX and design thinking across the company. **Senior Product Designer Skills and Experience** - 7+ years of experience in UX/UI product design, preferably in SaaS or B2B software. - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro - Experience conducting user research and usability testing. - Comfortable with rapid prototyping, testing & learning - Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers. - Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices. - Experience with motion design or micro-interactions. - Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for creating elegant and effective design solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Benefits** - Competitive salary - 25 paid vacation days - 8 bank holidays - 5 paid sick days - SSP - Work from home flexibility - Paid parental leave - "Getting Started" Stipend - Pension program - Bike storage/shower facilities in building - Career growth and development opportunities - This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship._ **Benefits**: - Referral programme Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in London EC2A 4LU
