**HR Advisor, Keighley, £30,000 + Benefits**

This is a new role within the structure, so offers the opportunity to really make it your own. You will report into the Operations Director and assisting the senior leadership team with functional HR expertise.

**So, what will be involved in the role?**

If you've worked in a HR advisory function previously you'll know what it takes - effectively managing talent while developing approaches to help the business reach its goals.

You'll achieve this utilising your HR skills and operational background. Your super-organisation, planning skills and clear communication of goals will make the role a breeze.

You'll be based at the head office in Keighley, the role is typically Monday to Friday with a flex on working hours to suit your home life. The business has a number of sites across their network so you'll need to occasionally travel across the sites toensure you're visible with different members of the team.

**What are we looking for?**

Ideally you'll have a strong operational background with HR functional experience working in fast-paced warehouse operations, with demonstrable experience overseeing the HR function of significant headcount.

As expected with a role of this stature, you'll need to be enthusiastic, passionate about people & development and have a certain level of gravitas to get the best out of a workforce.

Having a background working in a HR role for a business that has a blue-collar population, such as warehouse, transport, manufacturing or production would be advantageous but not a necessity.
