HR Advisor

Airedale NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity within the People & OD Directorate for Human Resources Advisors.

You will be a full range of Employee Relations Issues; for further information about the specifics of the role, please consult the attached Job Description. You will promote the implementation of Human Resources Policies in a fair way on a case-by-case basis, whilst coaching and supporting managers in ensuring consistency across the organisation and developing a Just and Learning culture.

The successful applicants will be champions of our people providing credible and professional HR advice and expertise to our operational management teams.

The HR Advisor role will be part of the small and perfectly formed HR People Partnering Team shaping solutions and people initiatives across the directorate.

You will be expected to enable the reduction of sickness absence through active management of cases including short & long term sickness and manage employee relations cases, including the support of robust and efficient investigations.

You will also be expected to confidently and effectively communicate with Trade Union representatives, senior managers and clinicians regarding workforce matters and casework.
