This Financial Controller has bags of energy - in fact, it’s contagious

I’d love to work with her day to day - she’s so positive, so passionate about the business she works for and is so inspiring to her team.

She’s direct and to the point but in a way that’s constructive and to ensure you can be the most successful version of yourself

The team culture at this business is one of their biggest sells - from the receptionist to the CEO, administrators to the Finance Director, everyone is treated the same and there is absolutely no hierarchy so whatever your position, you will have a say in the future success of the company

This is the sort of the role where you could work for 2-3 years and due to the experience you will gain, you will be one of the most accomplished Purchase Ledger Clerks in the Northwest; there’s no area of Purchase Ledger you’ll leave untouched, you’ll see it all

And they always recruit internally first and foremost - so if you wish to move into a more varied finance role or branch into MA, you’ll be first in line to do so - hence why they offer the AAT study, to put you in the perfect position to be able to progress.
