This is no ordinary support role; working in a fast-paced environment this critical role requires you to provide executive support to both remote and site based leadership teams. You will do this through exceptional skills in organisation, communication, administrationand excellent internal/external stakeholder engagement. As PA you will be responsible for handling some high level administrative tasks as well as act as a project leader for tactical and strategic follow-ups including Internal Communication, Management TownHall arrangements and events.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide daily, proactive and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Directors by preparing them for meetings, including organising travel arrangements, itineraries, providing all supporting information and documentation such as agendas,minutes, papers etc.
- Act as point of contact for the Directors; proactively managing internal/external inboxes, enquires and communications, some of which may be of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
- Manage busy diaries; day to day meetings, including liaising with high profile and senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the drafting of a range of materials such as presentations, speeches and papers for meetings, including gathering data, researching material, creating PowerPoint presentations and ensuring appropriate input from colleagues/managers.
- Provide general administrative support to the Directors and their leadership teams with day to day tasks including printing, photocopying, filing as well as coordinating internal management procedures such as induction and appraisal management, updatingholiday and absence records on the HR system, completing expense claims and other finance procedures with approvals.
- Organise events including meetings, lunches, dinner, hotels as directed.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider hbusiness priorities and reception, holiday and absence cover for the wider PA/Senior Administration team.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**:

- Demonstrable experience of working in a proactive PA role to Directors and their Senior Teams.Experience within a Global Logistics business desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge and experience encompassing facilities, operations, quality, safety, health and environment.
- Ability to co-ordinate and plan activities across multiple business fields; passionate about building customer relationships both internally and externally with a service mentality to drive customer value.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with strong planning.
- Ability to take actions quickly, under pressure and in challenging circumstances.
- Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
- Great networking, interpersonal and influencing skills.
