**We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and organised Internal Sales Representative, working for a growing manufacturing company out of their offices based in the Cheshire area. This is a permanent role, and represents a great opportunity tojoin a busy and established sales team, for a company who encourages progression and leaning at all levels within the business.**
**About The Role**:
As Internal Sales Representative you will play a fundamental role in developing new and existing business
Exceeding sales targets whilst maintaining a high level of customer contact to ensure all opportunities are converted to increase sales.
Reengage non buying customers
Drive strategy for sales growth in line with company prospects
Project identification - developing a strong pipeline of new opportunities
Negotiate prices in line with local guidelines
Prepare SAP and follow up quotations and samples
First contact for customer care - complaints or any other issues
Preparation of sales budgets
Regular customer visits
Participate in regional sales meetings
Attend customer events, seminars, exhibitions
**Essential Skills & Experience**
Excellent communication skills
Efficient time management and organisational skills
Able to work proactively on own initiative
Able to undertake and put into practice sales skills
Confidence to make cold and warm calls
Strong listening and presentation skills
Successful experience as customer service in sales or product management
**About The Benefits**
Hours of work: 8.45-4.45pm
**Salary**: GBP28000-GBP30,000 dependant on experience

Performance based bonus after 12 months
23 days holiday rising to 26 with service plus bank holidays
