This isn’t a “tick the box and call it a day” role. You’re the first line of offense — making sure only serious, ready-to-move players get through. **This is a flexible, dynamic role. Leads don’t just land between 9 and 5.** Sometimes the best conversations happen **in the evenings or weekends — and we PAY for that hustle with out-of-hours bonuses.** **What You’ll Do** Call and message inbound & outbound leads — fast (speed = money) Ask smart, qualifying questions (you control the conversation) Educate prospects on why Transform Hub is **the only choice worth considering** Set **high-quality, locked-in appointments** directly for the CEO Own the CRM — every touchpoint tracked, every detail logged Track your own numbers — know your conversion rates, contact rates, and wins like a pro Jump on hot leads **whenever they come in** — we pay **out-of-hours bonuses** for the people who want it most **Who We Want** We want someone **dynamic** — someone who loves variety, thrives on **speed and flexibility**, and understands that **opportunity doesn’t care about office hours**.
