We are committed to providing a high standard of person-centred care and support to our 30 residents.

We are seeking a full time Senior Care Assistant who is enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to residents and colleagues.

We aim to enable our residents to maintain their dignity and individuality while living their chosen lives.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will handle medication safely, provide excellent care to residents with limited mobility, offer emotional support to those in distress, and deliver end-of-life care.

Your primary concern will always be the well-being of our residents. To qualify for this position, you must have relevant social care qualifications and at least two years of experience in a regulated service as a Senior Care Assistant.

You should be able to handle emergencies and issues as they arise, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and be flexible in your approach to work. We offer a career development pathway and support with qualifications linked to salary increases.

The position is full time, with the option of overtime. You will be required to work every other weekend.

**Salary**: £432.36 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- providing care: 5 years (required)
- supervisory: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Walsall, WS9 9JS (required)
