**Job Summary**
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a care home setting. Your responsibilities will include assisting with, implementing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of each individual. You will work closely with other staff members to promote a safe environment for our residents and leading the team.

**Duties**
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and personal care.
- Medication management.
- Implement and monitor care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Supervise care staff and provide guidance as needed to maintain high standards of care.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care strategies.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and their families.
- Experience in senior care.
- Ability to develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs.
- Leadership qualities to supervise and mentor care staff members.
- Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining records and documentation.
- A compassionate approach to everyone, demonstrating patience and understanding.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £13.42 per hour
