Our client, a Top 10 employer and a professional services firm, are on the lookout for new team members
**Location**:London - 2/3 days in the office, the remainder from home
**Contract**: 9-month FTC
**The Role**
This role is responsible for assisting the HR Advisors and Regional HR Manager in providing a commercial HR service to our client’s site. Working closely with the HR Advisors and supporting the wider business.
Key duties include the coordination of Assessment Centres across their offices, conducting Induction meetings with new starters, conducting Exit Interviews with leavers, entry level interviewing, liaison with the Talent Acquisition team regarding applicants to your offices, probation interviews, return to work interviews, data analysis, benchmarking, research and adhoc projects and administration.

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail in written and numeric tasks
- Good Excel/data analysis skills
- Previous experience of working in a team
- Previous experience of working in a professional office environment
- Professional appearance
- Interested in progressing career in HR, e.g. studying for HRCP or CIPD
- Previous experience in an HR or HR-related working environment would be advantageous
