**How You'll Perform the Role**
Waddington Europe has a vacancy for a Talent & HR Coordinator to work for Waddington Europe's HR department.

Responsible for all UK HR administration including benefits, maintaining systems, talent recruitment; temporary and permanent for all Waddington Europe locations.

This is a full time role, working 7.5 hours per day.

**What We Need From You**
- Issuing of visitor and temporary badges as required
- Manage the visitors system for all locations
- Keep telephone list up to date in a central location for Waddington Europe
- Keep organisational charts up to date in a central location for Waddington Europe
- Coordinate talent recruitment and interviews to maintain required skill sets and staffing levels
- Plan for changing demographics, the supply and demand for labour, staff turnover and scarce skills
- Management of the UK temporary employees
- Preparation of labour variance report monthly
- Management of the company benefits platforms - ensuring that applicable employees are enrolled as required and administration of these including on the HR system
- Setting up of any new starters into the business, for both temporary and permanent starters on HR, MRP and expenses claiming system as required, ensuring all required documents are obtained/filed and issuing badges/locker keys
- Action any authorised change of request forms on HRIS and create change of terms to issue to employees
- Supporting the wider HR team with ad-hoc projects as required
