HR Manager (Fixed-Term Contract) Location: Bridgwater Working pattern: Initially full-time onsite, transitioning to four days onsite and one day remote. We’re recruiting for a Site HR Manager to join our team at Müller Milk & Ingredients on a fixed-term basis. At Müller, we’re passionate about delivering great products and creating a workplace where people thrive. As a Site HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting our people strategy at site level. What you’ll do Lead the delivery of the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through to exit. Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers, supporting them with HR policies and employment terms. Drive compliance with KPIs such as absence and turnover and provide insights through HR data analysis. Champion engagement and wellbeing initiatives, diversity and inclusion and Müller values. Support workforce planning, talent development and succession strategies. Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and the Recruitment Team to ensure a seamless candidate experience. What we’re looking for A strong HR generalist with experience across the employee lifecycle. In-depth understanding of HR procedures. Knowledge/awareness of HR policy, employment legislation and GDPR. Skilled in training delivery and data interpretation. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
