Customer Services Administrator

If so we would like to hear from you
Here at SFL, our expanding Customer Services department is in need of an administrator to work alongside their friendly team.
Your main duties will include (but are not limited too)
- Answering the phones to customers, clients and our offsite sales team
- Meeting and greeting visitors in reception
- Sorting the mail and sending out the post
- Inputting orders into our system
- General office admin duties
What we would like from you:
- Experience in office administration
- Knowledge of general office programmes (Word, Outlook, some Excel)
- A confident and helpful telephone manner.
- Some experience of working in a customer services environment would be advantageous but is not essential
The hours of work are from 9:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 1:00 on a Friday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
