We are currently seeking a highly organised Administrator to support our Lettings Hub with a focus on property compliance. As an award-winning, locally based agency, we are renowned for our customer care and offer excellent training and development, a friendly working environment, and a competitive salary package. This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday) 9am to 1pm on a 12 month fixed term contract. Key responsibilities include: Managing compliance-related administration for our rental properties (e.g. gas safety, electrical certificates etc.) Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants to ensure all safety and legal compliance checks are scheduled and completed on time Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems in line with company procedures Supporting the wider Lettings Hub with general administration as required The ideal candidate will have: Strong administrative experience, ideally within property, compliance, or a regulated industry Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confidence in communicating professionally with contractors, tenants, and landlords Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A proactive approach and ability to manage a varied workload independently Salary depending on experience In return, you will become part of a supportive and friendly team with opportunities for professional growth and development.
