**Hours per week: Variable Shift Rota - 19:00 - 07:00, 07:00 - 19:00 - 42 hours per week**

**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for?a**Security Officer **?to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s site in Lutterworth.

You will undertake duties including greeting of visitors and staff. Issuing visitor and staff passes, Reception duties and Carrying out searches.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be providing an efficient and effective Security Service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained across the site.
- Use of Intercom to Manage the access and egress of the site completing logs where required.
- Regular site patrols, check calls and reporting of incidents.
- Reception/Front of House Duties
- Staff and Vehicle Searches
- Monitor CCTV and Carry Out CCTV Investigations
- You will have a high standard of professionalism and be extremely security conscious.
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises during the assigned shifts.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- To ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service.
- To promote and uphold the principles of security in accordance with the policies and directive.
- To maintain logs of messages and arrival of visitors.
- To adhere to the company’s dress code and wear correct uniform.
- Carrying out vehicle checks and searches
- To fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company’s health and safety policy and health and safety management plans.
- To comply with the company’s policies, management plans and procedures.

- Strong people and customer service skills
- Fluent English and Effective Communication Skills
- A drive to succeed by working as part of a close-knit team

- You need to be well presented, punctual and focused on attention to detail.
- Must be confident in lone working.
- Must Have Own Transport
- A Criminal Record Check, employment history and Right to Work check.
- SIA LICENSE Is a requirement.
- CCTV License Preferred
