Job Title: Learning Disability Support Worker
Location: Richmond Upn Thames
**Salary**: £10 - £13.50 / hour
Hours: Various Shifts
**Support individuals to make memories, make friends and make their mark.**
Keen2Go is looking for compassionate and committed learning disability support workers to deliver its diverse programme of inclusive events and activities for people with autism and/or learning disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To provide a warm and friendly environment that meets the needs of all service users
- To deliver planned activities as directed by the Session Co-Ordinator
- To support every aspect of the service user’s needs: including behaviour and personal care
- To encourage individuals to participate in group activities to develop social skills
- To support service users to offsite community visits/activities
- To attend mandatory training and staff meetings/supervision when required
- To work in accordance with Keen2Go’s policy and procedure requirements and to have full understanding of responsibilities outlined within
- To have a strong understanding of safeguarding issues and procedures
- To undertake other duties and responsibilities appropriate to the post that may reasonably be required from time to time

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Compassionate, caring and confident
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
- Resident and right to work in the UK
- Can work on a Monday evening
**Desired**
- Experience in the learning disability support sector
- Driver willing to get business insurance
**Job Type**: Freelance
Pay: £10.00-£13.50 per hour

- Richmond upon Thames: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
