**Your key responsibilities as a Head of Wealth Products will include**:

- Defining the product vision and managing the product roadmap to establish the company as a global partner with an innovative, high-quality, and profitable product suite.
- Providing thought leadership on client needs and regulatory changes, conducting market analysis, and executing future business strategies.
- Hosting client advisory boards and collaborating with various departments such as commercial, engineering, client experience, operations, marketing, and finance.
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to development, marketing, and distribution, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Leading a geographically dispersed team, managing resource allocation, and budget planning.
- Ensuring product compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.

**You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Head of Wealth Products**:

- You must have extensive product management or product strategy experience in the fund industry.
- You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product strategies.
- You should have significant exposure to the global fund management industry.
- You will have experience managing teams in an international environment and across multiple sites.
- You must have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
