Chief People Officer

You would be accountable for a clear people and organisational development strategy which enables staff to deliver high quality healthcare to patients and clients through providing a positive and productive organisational culture and a fair employment offer. Operating as a key strategic leader and corporate director, the Chief People Officer will work closely with the Chief Executive, Board Members, Executive Team and senior leaders to advise, develop and implement innovative approaches to the people agenda at all levels across the organisation.

The CPO will ensure staff feel they have a collective and individual voice, support leaders to engage, motivate and inspire their colleagues so that all staff can flourish at work, realise their potential and demonstrate our core values, placing ‘people at our heart’.
