We have an immediate availability for an enthusiastic and self-motivated **IT Support Technician** to join our IT Team, to assist with the smooth running off all aspects of our school’s IT infrastructure.

**About you**
- Good communications skills, including the ability to negotiate sensitively in order to complete task efficiently
- The ability to interpret detailed diagnostic information from various sources
- The ability to produce reports from the support log to provide basic management information on the volume and nature of requests
- The ability to use, maintain and fault find a variety of printers, scanners, digital cameras and other IT peripheral hardware
- Ideally you’ll be able to receive, organise and monitor work through a Helpdesk
