**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Plan, organise, and implement a variety of activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents in assisted living, nursing home, and dementia care settings.
- Facilitate group activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being.
- Collaborate with care staff to ensure that all activities are aligned with the individual care plans of residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to encourage participation and gather feedback on activities.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and preferences to continually enhance activity offerings.
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an activity coordination role within a senior care environment is desirable.
- Familiarity with dementia care practices is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with seniors and their families.
- A caring attitude and commitment to providing high-quality support to residents in a care home setting.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £15,716.59-£29,769.81 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
