Maintenance Assistant - Nevill Hall Hospital We are looking for a highly motivated, appropriately skilled, reliable and enthusiastic Maintenance Assistant that is able to work well under pressure to carry out planned maintenance and day to day repairs within a hospital environment. The postholders will assist higher skilled trades when required and work as part of a team on co-ordinated projects. The successful candidates will be working 37.5 hour per week, 8.00am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. There will be a requirement to cover shifts when needed. Currently we are unable to provide certificates of sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the Home Office's criteria. Anyone requiring a certificate of sponsorship is therefore unable to be shortlisted and interviewed Main duties of the job To ensure the fabric of the hospital is maintained as a safe environment for patients, public and staff.
