**Job Title: Female **Support Team Leader**
**Location: Ellesmere Port**
**Salary: £10.50 ph plus on call allowance**

**Hours: full time 37.5hrs per week (4 days will be on shift and 1 day will be office based)**

We are looking for self
- motivated, caring and compassionate Team Leaders in Kensington, to support our people with learning disabilities, autism and enduring mental health issues.

You will be making a real difference to individuals with complex needs, helping them to adjust to everyday life and leading our Support Workers to do the same.

This is no ordinary job. Here at Aspirations Care you will offer individual support and encouragement to help some amazing people to live a fulfilling and independent life.
**The Role**

This role will offer a balance of Support Work and Staff Management. Each and every day you will do everything you can to help the people we support get where they want to be. Your focus will be on providing new and innovative ways to promote independence, responsibility and purpose to those that we support.
- You will have experience in producing staff Rota’s, managing staff related issues and Annual Leave requests.
- You will make sure that all daily plans, documents and weekly audits are completed inline with company policy.

**The Person**:

- Previous experience of managing or supervising staff within health and social care.
- NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent or working towards.
- Compassionate and patient with the desire to make a difference
- Full clean driving licence and own transport is required.
- A positive and passionate attitude
- A strong team player with leadership skills, ability to motivate and lead by example.
- Ability to work under pressure, react quickly to situations.
- Keen to develop and generate ideas.
