**Full Time Support Workers** required to work at our services in Great Sutton, Little Sutton and Upton in Chester. No experience necessary.

We Support provides supported living for adults with learning disabilities from their own home. We manage services across the Northwest, including Cheshire and Greater Manchester.

**Role A - 2 x support workers, 1 male & 1 female**
- Supporting 3 services, 2 in Ellesmere Port and 1 in Upton, Chester
- A minimum of 35 hours over 3-4 shifts with an average of 1 sleep per week and working alternate weekends
- 6-week rota given in advance
- Minimum of £20,000+ per year, based on hours and number of sleeps
- Hourly rate is £9.90, sleep rate is £40-£50 depending on number of hours

**Main Responsibilities**

Working as part of a small friendly team shadowing our service users in their day to day living either at home or in the community. Supporting them to live independently, helping them to learn new life skills like preparing and cooking a meal. Also encouraging them to join community led activities, attending social events, or even getting involved in volunteering. Developing their confidence to achieve personal goals.

There are 3-4 service users in each house. All services are well managed with a good support team in place.
